RYAN HEAVNER SEEKING SPONSORSHIP FOR ARCA SERIES EVENT
SAINT LOUIS, MO (September 12TH, 2011) The USAR Pro Cup Series who recently had a brand name change to CARS has had it’s ups and downs this season. Soon after it lost it’s television and media coverage that it had at the start of the season.
The result is the Lofton family who owned Ryan Heavner’s #77 machine pulled out of the series completely. However, Ryan has been very busy over the past couple months viewing new career opportunities.
Heavner has spent a lot of time with Bob Schacht Motorsports during his off time. He ran an ARCA and Nationwide (See Photos Here) test just a few months back and now things appear to be turning in the correct direction.
Ryan and Bob have created a good relationship that Ryan hopes to take the relationship into the future of his racing career. He hopes to learn a lot from Mr. Schacht’s 40+ years of experience in motorsports. Currently, the team is seeking sponsorship for the October 16th, 2011 ARCA Series event at the 1/2 mile semi-banked Toledo Speedway in Toledo, OH.
Heavner will travel with the team to Kansas Speedway in early October to be a part of the #75 team. The very next week will be the Toledo event and the plan is for Heavner to pilot the Bob Schacht Motorsports house car in the event.
